& TRANSFER

Our Cancellation and Transfer policy applies to applicants and attendees on TCS courses and events. It is subject to the terms laid out in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation and transfer requests may mean we have to cancel a programme for an entire cohort so please keep this front of mind when enrolling and when cancelling a place.

        More than 91 days’ notice before the first session: 100% of fees paid*.

        91 to 62 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid*.

        Less than 31 days’ notice before the first session: 0% refund*.
      
        More than 61 days’ notice before the first session: no cost.

        31 to 61 days’ notice before the first session: 25% of fees paid.

        Less than 31 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid.
      
      For self funded places, interest free instalment plans are available. We ask that the instalment plan is set up before the first session. TCS must have receipt of full payment before the final session takes place.

*In the event of a cancellation, TCS may request or retain an admin fee of up to £250 to cover transaction fees and personnel time. This applies regardless of how long in advance you cancel.

Transfers

We can only offer you a transfer to a different cohort if an alternative cohort is open for booking. Candidates can only transfer once. TCS will retain 100% of fees paid from candidates who transfer then cancel.

In certain circumstances, it is possible to transfer your booking to another candidate. Please contact admin@teamcoachingstudio.com if you would like to explore this option.
