Georgina has been on a 20 year journey, authoring the industry-acclaimed book, Mastering the Art of Team Coaching and campaigning for professional bodies to recognise team coaching as a distinct discipline in the field, requiring specific knowledge, skills and capabilities.
Caroline Souto
After hosting a successful summit in Brazil, leadership and team coach Caroline Souto joins TCS to help shape our Team Coaching Summit. Passionate about human development, she supports leaders and teams in building a more just, conscious, and sustainable world, helping clients discover new ways of being.t

As Team Coaching pioneers, Team Coaching Studio is hosting the first Team Coaching Summit.
We have made this event free as we want to spread the impact of team coaching to as many coaches as possible and to gather your valuable insights, so we can tailor our future programmes to fit what you need.
We have made the Summit virtual to accommodate people who want to attend from all over the world. The summit will be delivered in English, with live translation in Portuguese.
All session recordings will be available after the event for anyone who registered, so if you cannot attend live due to time zones, you can still save your spot to get all the learnings and insights.
Here at TCS, we hold a ‘community-first, training-second’ ethos in everything we do. Although there are plenty of programmes you can join if you wish to continue your learning with us, we won’t be ‘selling’ these during the Summit.
By registering to attend the Summit, you’ll receive a 10% discount for our AC and ICF-accredited Certificate, Diploma programmes, or our annual Summer Retreat if you book by 31 March.
We will also invite you to join our TCS Community after the Summit, which is a space for coaches globally to come together.
The session topics will reflect the four lenses through which we’ll explore team coaching on the day: Organisational Impact, Career and Business Development, Developing as a Coach, and Internal Team Coaching.
You can select the topic(s) most relevant or interesting to you, or you can choose to make the space in your diary to devote your day to transforming your coaching practice – it’s up to you!
Either way after the event, you’ll have access to all the session recordings, so you can enjoy them at your leisure.
When curating the programme for the Summit we were very keen for the day to be as interactive as possible.
We have ensured plenty of opportunities for you to interact with your peers, ask questions, and feel part of a community.

Where breakout rooms are used, these will not be recorded so – for anyone wanting to connect fully we recommend turning up live for the event
