Team Coaching is the fastest growing discipline in the coaching profession. It offers huge potential for coaches and organisations keen to leverage the power of teams.
Leading professional bodies for coaching have recognised that to work with teams effectively, coaches require skills and competencies beyond those required for coaching individuals, resulting in new accreditations.
At TCS, we’ve been at the forefront of the team coaching movement since its inception. We are excited to have the opportunity to take a day to share what we’ve learned and to keep that learning moving forward, together.
Maybe you are new to team coaching or perhaps you’re curious to expand your knowledge and practice. Wherever you’re at, in this masterclass we will come together to discover:

Your hosts
Georgina Woudstra
Georgina Woudstra, MCC, ACTC, is one of the primary driving forces behind the team coaching movement. Her best selling book, “Mastering the Art of Team Coaching” provides a comprehensive guide for practitioners wanting to unleash the potential in teams.
Georgina is the founder and Principal at Team Coaching Studio. Team Coaching Studio offers internationally recognised ICF-accredited programmes for independent and in-house coaches.
Jen Campion
Jen is a graduate of the Team Coaching Studio’s diploma program (the first team coaching programme to be awarded both ICF AATC and AC ADTCT accreditation).
Jen’s journey in team coaching has taken a transformative turn since her learning with Georgina and the TCS Community.
By honing her philosophy and stance, Jen has discovered a newfound depth and liberation in her practice, bringing enhanced value to the teams she works with.

This event is organised by volunteers and run on a limited budget to make it available to as many coaches as possible. In the interests of keeping the ticket price low, we do not offer refunds on cancellations, save only if the event is cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances such as the non-availability of the speaker or live event venue.
If you are unable to attend and wish to offer your ticket to someone else, please contact us at least 24 hours before the start by emailing admin@teamcoachingstudio.com with the full name and email address of the person attending so we can update our delegate information.

Tea, Coffee, Fruit & Pastries will be provided on arrival and later in the afternoon.
Lunch is not included in the ticket price. There are many options available locally including Sprout & Co. for farm fresh hearty salads and warm bowls that can be ordered in advance or venture to Avoca Food Market for great sandwiches and salads.
The venue, the RDS, is located in Ballsbridge (Eircode: D04 AK83) and parking is available on site for €10 per day. Off-street parking is also available in the area.
Ballsbridge is served by Bus Routes 4, 7, 18, 120, 27X and closeby to Donnybrook by Bus Routes 46A, 145, 155, 39A, 4 and 7B. Lansdowne Road is the nearest DART station.
