The TCS Annual Retreat

"In order to understand the world, one has to turn away from it on occasion." ― Albert Camus

Description

We are happy, proud and quite frankly a little excited, to present to you (drumroll…) our first Annual Team Coaching Retreat! Yes, it’s really happening.

After more than a year of hanging out with you all from behind our desks, we are resolved to meet in person and have booked the beautiful West Dean College of Arts and Conservation for five whole days in June 2022.

To ensure the intimate, safe space that TCS is renowned for, we will be limiting numbers to 24. We will allocate slots on a first come first serve basis so please do book soon to avoid disappointment.

Prerequisites

The TCS annual retreet is for coaches, L&D and HR professionals wherever they may be on their team coaching journey: whether you are just starting out or have reached a level of team coaching Mastery, you are welcome. We just ask that you bring open minds and a willingness to listen, share collaborate(and laugh!).

Why choose this programme?

If you are a team coach who wants  to:

  • renew yourself personally and professionally,
  • take stock,
  • gain perspective,
  • recharge your batteries.
  • refocus your efforts
in person, face to face, surrounded by supportive, like minded people then the TCS Retreat is for you.

Why choose TCS?

TCS faculty and coaches are your tribe - when you choose TCS you become a lifelong member of our community. We will support, challenge and champion you as you take your practice into the real world.

Our faculty are all practicing team coaches, all with years of experience, stories and examples to share. Rather than offering a homogenised approach and perspective, we celebrate and value our diversity and believe that this offers many ways for you to think, explore and practice- and to find out who you are as a team coach.

Programme Structure

Prepare yourself for 5 days of presentations, conversations, supervision, open air activities, inspiration, good food (and yes, a few drinks), great ideas, problem solving, learning, sharpening the saw and relaxing the soul, social time, down time and alone time!

Of course, we are still working on the exact agenda but expect this retreat to offer you the space to renew yourself personally and professionally. And watch this space to watch the programme grow and evolve.

What you will learn

This is not a tick-list learning exercise. Instead, it’s an opportunity to reconnect with what matters to us as individuals, as friends, as colleagues, as team coaching specialists and as a body of professionals on a mission: to radically improve the way in which the world collaborates.

The Small Print

Accommodation
We find that attendees often have different accomodation requirements: some will like to stay at the venue, some may prefer a B&B or others may want to arrange an AirBnB with other attendees. Therefore accomodation and travel to the venue is not included in the price.

West Dene will have rooms available to book from the end of January 2022. If you would prefer to stay elsewhere but aren’t sure where to look then please contact hello@teamcoachingstudio.com and we will be happy to help.

Terms, Conditions and Cancellations
It really is important that you read through our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Transfer policy before enrolling on this programme.
