About Emily Jones
Emily is an executive coach and team coach, working across the public and private sectors. Her passion for coaching stems from her experience of being coached herself when she was a Director of a national skills and education company delivering government contracts in partnership with DWP and the Ministry of Justice.
Having experienced the power of executive and team coaching first hand Emily re-trained and has had her own coaching company since 2017. Two of Emily’s key values are learning and collaboration. She holds a postgraduate certificate in Coaching from the University of Chester and is currently studying for her Team Coaching Diploma through TCS.
Emily and Sandra met 4 years ago in a coffee shop which signalled the start of a great friendship and business partnership. As well as having their own coaching practices they work together under ‘Whiles and Jones Coaching’ to bring team coaching to the public sector, working with local authorities, several blue-light organisations and Central Government departments.
