This five day programme is hosted by TCS in collaboration with Dr Paul Lawrence and will provide team coaches with new insights and practical approaches to coaching leaders through complexity.
Team Coaching Studio is delighted to be hosting "Five Ways of Thinking About Systems for Team Coaches" - a collaborative course led by Dr Paul Lawrence of CCORGS.
Attendees will be invited to consider each of the five different ways of thinking through the lens of philosophy, purpose and practice: Which theories most resonate for you? How do these systemic perspectives shape your purpose for coaching, and how do they show up in the way that you coach?
This "5 Ways of Thinking" course will align coaching with the realities and challenges of organisations operating in an ever more complex world.
Key Learning Objectives
Participants of this course will learn:
- The fundamentals of key systems theories.
- How to translate these different ways of thinking about systems into straightforward, practical, team coaching approaches.
