Delivering results in unprecedented times. Join us for a 7.5-hour fast track programme to boost your skills in team coaching in a virtual world.
During these unparalleled times, businesses have had to adapt, teams have been dispersed and working remotely has become the standard.
When this course was initially launched, it looked like virtual team coaching would be either a temporary solution in the face of COVID-19, or an add-on option to in-person team coaching. We now believe that:
• Virtual Team Coaching is here to stay
• Virtual Team Coaching can be just as impactful as team coaching in person
So, Team Coaching in a Virtual World is here for the long haul! In recognition that many coaches have quickly adapted to using Zoom and other virtual meeting technology, we have adapted our 2020 course, and are now putting greater emphasis on creating the 'virtual container', as this is what will enable you to go beyond online team facilitation and to skilfully coach teams.
Come and learn this and more as we delve into the landscape of virtual team coaching through sharing useful concepts, creating your own virtual container and carrying out live team coaching practice.
Build the 4 Cs of team coaching: confidence, competence, coherence and congruence, and help your teams to recalibrate, adjust and collaborate in these exceptional times.
In the Team Coaching in a Virtual World programme, we explore the following topics:
• Creating the virtual container, contracting and psychological safety
• Generating a sense of belonging and connection
• Your presence and developing greater range
• Working with structure and emergence
Each module will include the opportunity to both experience and extensively practice team coaching in a virtual world.
Team Coaching in a Virtual World consists of 3 x 2.5-hour sessions over Zoom and is delivered by Georgina Woudstra, MCC and Allard de Jong, PCC.
This programme is subject to minimum numbers. This is to ensure we can offer the practical, interactive environment in which team coaching simulation and practice can take place.
Please be advised that some sessions may be led by different faculty members, depending on availability.
Please contact Melissa Luck (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need any further information.
