Are you looking to complete the ACC or PCC path?
What is ACC and PCC Level mentor coaching?
“Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogic process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies” (source: https://coachfederation.org/mentor-coaching).
Why mentor coaching?
Thanks to the mentor’s highly personalised feedback, you will accelerate your learning process by focusing on a specific rather than a generic learning edge and you’ll enjoy that feeling that comes from knowing you’re coaching at your best.
And if you are pursuing an ICF credential, “mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level” (source: https://coachfederation.org/mentor-coaching).
Our ACC/PCC mentoring groups are led by Allard de Jong, TCS faculty member, ICF PCC and Certified Mentor Coach. Allard has been coaching and training coaches for almost 20 years and is known for his ability to create psychological safety and celebrating belly flops while encouraging swan dives. Mentees point out his strong charisma, willingness to experiment, open mind and a great sense of fun. He is particularly adept at working across cultures where being Dutch, living abroad, working on every single continent and fluency in five languages have put him in a relatively unique position as a coach.
How does it work?
7 hours of group work: 5 x 90 mins group webinar sessions (allowing a buffer), online via Zoom. During these sessions the participants coach each other and the mentor provides ICF competency based feedback.
N.B. If desired, 3 hours of individual mentor coaching sessions can be booked separately after completing the group sessions.
