Our Locations
Our Team Coaching Certificate is facilitated by TCS UK and also our Global partners, which currently include TCS North America and TCS Brazil. This allows us to offer our programmes across various time zones and languages.
Formats
TCS delivers the Team Coaching Certificate in two formats. Choose the one that best suits your learning style and circumstances:
– Three-day face-to-face events with a small cohort keen to meet in person.
– Immersive virtual programmes delivered over 6 live online Zoom sessions of four hours each.
**Additionally, you will meet with a cohort subgroup between sessions to carry out various assignments. Please expect to invest an additional 6-12 hours in this subgroup work over the course of the programme. These meetings are self-organised.
Course Success Criteria
The TCS Team Coaching Certificate and ICF CCEUS will be awarded to participants who meet these criteria:
Three-day face-to-face format:
– timely attendance and active participation on all days
– one observed team coaching practice session
Virtual format:
– timely attendance and active participation on all days
– one observed team coaching practice session
– active participation with your sub-group*
Note: (Virtual format only)
– We recognise that unexpected circumstances may happen, and you may be unable to attend a session. Should this occur, please inform the course leaders as soon as possible, who, at their discretion, can agree on an exception. If granted, you will be required to watch the session recording in full and submit a reflective piece (1500 words) on your learning from the missed session before the next course session or by a date agreed with course leaders. Valid reasons are illness (participant or dependant), loss of a relative or family member and other unforeseeable events. Missing a session for client work or business meetings is not considered a valid reason.
