It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Phil Sandahl, CEO and Co-founder of Team Coaching International.
Over the years, Phil has made a massive contribution to our profession and in my opinion, contributed to one of the best ever books on coaching, Co-Active Coaching: The proven framework for transformative conversations at work and in life, first published in 1998 and now on its 4th edition.
Phil co-founded Team Coaching International and I’ve now doubt his work there would have been carried out with huge passion and dedication. I have so much respect for the first generation of coaches who elevated the discipline into a profession. They were a bunch of incredible people.
