GEORGINA WOUDSTRA is the founder and principal of the Team Coaching Studio, an organisation dedicated to shaping the fast-growing field of team coaching and developing masterful team coaches around the globe.
Georgina is a sought-after speaker and writer on the subject of team coaching, sharing her wisdom internationally at coaching conferences and within in-person and virtual communities.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Georgina has started and run many successful companies and coaches numerous chief executives and senior teams across major corporations, the public sector, and not-for-profit organisations.
As a passionate advocate, Georgina was instrumental in ensuring team coaching became recognised as a separate discipline in the industry and her Diploma in Team Coaching was one of the first training programmes to receive accreditation from both the International Coaching Federation and the Association for Coaching.
