In the first book, Georgina shared her own experiences as a team coach—what she had learned, tested, and refined in her own practice. But over the past few years, alongside colleagues and faculty at Team Coaching Studio, she’s been exploring how to transfer that learning more effectively to other coaches.
This new edition builds on those foundations, introducing key theories and concepts while making them more accessible, practical, and immediately usable. Through real-world examples, we bring the art of team coaching to life—giving you the tools to deepen your own practice.

Meet Georgina
Georgina Woudstra, MCC, Founder of Team Coaching Studio and Author
Georgina has been at the forefront of Team Coaching since the 2010s, recognising that lasting organisational change comes from teams, not just individual leaders. Traditional facilitation alone wasn’t enough—real transformation requires coaches to work ‘emergently,’ responding to team dynamics in real time.
She refined this approach as an in-house team coach, leading to the launch of Team Coaching Studio in 2017 and her recognition as one of the first globally certified team coaches in 2022.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Georgina understands the demands of running a practice. That’s why she updated Mastering The Art of Team Coaching, equipping coaches with the skills and strategies to thrive in this fast-growing field.
